Job Description Antares Capital is looking for a Front Office Developer to build and support the technology that powers our trading desk. This is a highly collaborative, hands‑on role where you’ll work side‑by‑side with traders to customize vendor platforms, integrate front‑office systems, and develop tools that enhance automation, workflow efficiency, and trading insight. Key Responsibilities: - Customize and extend vendor trading applications to meet front‑office requirements - Integrate trading and analytics systems with the broader Antares technology platform - Develop tools and applications that improve trading automation, workflow efficiency, and decision‑making - Collaborate directly with traders and portfolio managers to understand needs and deliver high‑impact solutions - Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve front‑office systems in a fast‑paced environment - Participate in the future build‑out of AI capabilities for the trading desk Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience working with trading technology in an asset management environment, with exposure to Fixed Income and/or Private Credit. - Proven understanding of credit markets, including loan trading and pr...
