Job description

We’re looking for a Head of REFM Sweden to join us at Telia. I’m Anna-Carin Mattsson, Head of Transport Network & DC , and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on maximizing the value of Telia’s unique infrastructure with focus on the transport networks and Telia’s real estate portfolio. What you’ll do: You will lead a team responsible for the daily facility operations of Telia’s offices and technical sites. Together you drive lease negotiations for offices, retail stores and technical sites, manage operational contracts to ensure safe, reliable and cost‑efficient facilities, and oversee Telia’s energy procurement. You work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure stable, sustainable and high‑quality workplaces and sites. You will head a team of 7 and report to the Head of Real Estate and Technical Sites. You will as well work directly towards the Telia Sweden leadership team in workplace related questions.
