Job Summary: The Warehouse Lead is an integral part of the Operations Team by ensuring accurate inventory levels, and leading receiving processes for production. Job Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate and timely receipt of raw goods - Define and implement receiving and shipping process, improve material flow in the plant - Controls inventory levels by conducting cycle counts and reconciling with warehouse team - Coordinates/organizes staging and shipping of products - Analyze root cause for inventory discrepancy and develop corrective action plan to resolve defined issue - Supports training of any new warehouse employees or other...
