Job Summary Assists Branch Manager and Program Coordinator with Summer Day Camp program. - Monitors and evaluates programs to ensure effectiveness and safety of members. - Exhibits control of children and when needed, displays proper discipline techniques. - Ensures productive work environment. - Ensures that daily activities are in compliance with The Salvation Army Red Shield policies and regulations. - Assists in preparing and providing field trips for children. - Assists in organizing, implementing and evaluating activities and programs for Summer Day Camp Program - Performs cleaning duties-taking out trash, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming rooms and sweeping/ mopping hallways or gym. - May provide snacks to children. - Assists and participates in regularly scheduled training sessions.
