Position Summary The LifeShop Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the LifeShop. They handle phone calls, process transactions, merchandise products, and deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business. Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Greets and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner creating a positive environment - Provides customers with detailed product information, recommendations, and answers questions - Handle transactions, ensuring smooth payment processing and managing returns - Keeps merchandise well-stocked and organized - Maintain Shop cleanliness - regular cleaning and tidying of the store - Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services Education: - Working toward High School diploma or GED Years of Experience: - 1-2 years of customer service experience Licenses / Certifications / Registrations: - n/a Preferred Skills, Experience, and/or Qualifications: Life Time is a place for everyone.
