PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The FP&A Director partners with Business Finance, Operations, Commercial and Marketing Leaders to deliver a comprehensive, forward‑looking view of financial performance, forecasts, long‑range plans, and operating plans. This leader plays a critical role in shaping and communicating the Insulation financial story for quarterly earnings, Board of Directors and Executive Committee discussions. This role serves as a key liaison between the Insulation business, Corporate FP&A, External Reporting, and Investor Relations teams. The ideal candidate leads with an enterprise mindset, is highly collaborative and curious and brings a point of view to deliver strong financial results, advance process efficiency and develop high performing teams.
