Your HRBP can provide the Job Architecture description if needed. The Senior Procurement Data Analyst is a key partner for the Americas Strategic Sourcing team. The Analyst will evaluate data to generate reports and strategic insights to drive the Americas Strategic Sourcing KPIs. Full engagement and relationship with Sourcing Manager (SM) teams to complete all ad hoc requests. Support successful Large Program execution, sourcing analysis, and supplier performance improvement initiatives. Work with the Strategic Sourcing team on various procurement projects and be viewed as a strong project facilitator by Strategic Sourcing Leadership. Additionally, the ability to work independently with at times with minimal direction in a fast-paced, often high-stress environment.
