Adhere to project governance, manage stakeholders and project teams, and ensure tasks and deadlines are met. Maintain and review comprehensive project scope documents, managing any scope changes through formal approvals. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks, issues, and share lessons learned for continuous improvement. Track project status, costs, and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
