About the Job: The Claims and Labelling Officer will support the effective development of the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) Claims Framework, helping to drive demand for cotton produced under the BCI standard and strengthen BCI’s value offering through the use of credible sustainability claims. The role plays a key part in building long-term commitment and support for BCI’s mission from members, certified organisations, consumers and other relevant stakeholders. This role will collaborate closely with, and be matrix-managed by, the Claims & Labelling Coordinator as well as the Claims Team Lead.
