The candidate(s) selected will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler Fab Cleans/Diffusion equipment area. The technician position is responsible for effectively executing tasks that are required to maintain primarily the toolsets within the following tool groups: Diffusion SVG VTR 7000 Furnace: TEA Alpha-8 Furnace: SVG AVP 8000 Furnace: Lumonics WaferMark Laser Scribe: TEL α-858 Furnace: TEL WAVES Furnace: Leak detectors: Various supporting metrology equipment: EPI experience a plus: Cleans: Semitool: SST-C-421-280; WSST 408A; SAT 2080S; STORM II; RCMS; Raider/Millennium (Millennial) TEL/FSI: Mercury MP (2nd generation); Zeta DNS: WS820-L: Akrion: SCP 9400; GAMA: Dainippon Screen: SS-80BW-AR: Screen DNS: WS-802L; SS-80EX; SS-80BW-AR: The tasks include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic and mechanical systems, scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and various other activities relevant to the success of the area.
