We are hiring a Senior Development Director (New Builds). This is a remote position, if you are not based out of Raleigh, NC. The main responsibility of the Senior Development Director is to assure that during construction, decisions and problems are resolved quickly and accurately, and that the project is completed within planned parameters. This role functions as the coordinator between the general contractors, architect, interior designer, purchasing agent, operator, client and all other project consultants. The Senior Development Director will develop, administer, coordinate and control the process for delivery of multiple projects in various stages of development, while maintaining quality, budget and schedule parameters.
