Title: J7 Lessons Learned SME KBR is hiring highly skilled and motivated candidates to join a high-performance team and provide support to U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM) as a Lessons Learned Subject Matter Expert (SME). An active TS/SCI clearance is MANDATORY. The Lessons Learned SME supports USSPACECOM J7 by supporting the capture, analysis, and institutionalization of lessons learned from joint training events, exercises, wargames, and operational activities. This position plays a critical role in USSPACECOM’s continuous improvement efforts by ensuring observations and insights are translated into actionable recommendations that inform future planning, training, and readiness.
