As a Legal Administrative Assistant in our Corporate, Tax & Transactions Service Line, you’ll play a key part in supporting a wide range of corporate law transactions such as drafting and reviewing transactional documents to help form, merge, acquire, maintain and dissolve business entities. You will manage multiple fast-paced, deadline-driven projects across differing jurisdictions, prepare and file UCC filings, and contribute to critical due diligence efforts. We’re looking for a professional with 5+ years of corporate transactional legal administrative experience who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized and brings a strong work ethic along with sharp problem-solving skills. Where You’ll Work: The Legal Administrative Assistant is an hourly non-exempt position and will work full-time from our Tampa, Florida office.
