Works closely with the team to ensure that daily assignments are completed including ADL (activities of daily living) flow sheets, daily rounds, meal percentages, intake & outputs (I & O's), vital signs, calorie counts, weights, and BM's. Attends care conferences on primary residents whenever possible. Alerts team nurse when care cards need to be updated. Leads by example (always follows dress code, has gait belt, badge, and hand gel). Floats throughout the facility as needed for equal distribution of lead CNAs on all neighborhoods.
