This role drives operational excellence through strategic leadership, team development, and hands-on management of daily service. The F&B Manager balances service, people, and performance, elevating quality while maintaining efficiency, profitability, and a strong, engaged team. Key Responsibilities: Direct, manage, and oversee all Food & Beverage outlets to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations. Lead daily service with a hands-on approach, maintaining visibility on the floor and supporting teams in real time. Ensure all service standards, sequences, and SOPs are consistently executed.
