What you get to do: - Answer incoming phone calls concerning general park information, regarding employees, contractors & guests - Disseminate park & emergency information to appropriate employees - Monitor emergency alarm systems park-wide - Monitor multiple radio frequencies and disseminate information via 2-way radios, voice, digital pagers and telephones - Assist and respond to various priority calls, including First Aid and to properly identify emergency situations and disseminate proper emergency procedures - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times - Coordinate with Security Management Team to ensure guest services and quality goals are achieved to include administrative support - Perform other duties as assigned What it takes to succee...
