The Role: - Part of a multinational team within the Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) practice - Responsible for developing business and delivering regional and international projects - Support the planning, design, and implementation of executive compensation and incentive programs for new and existing clients - Build and nurture strong business networks across multiple business lines and geographies - Mentor and support junior and mid-level colleagues within the team - Act as a trusted advisor to clients on executive compensation and board-related topics - Partner with Senior Directors and Managing Directors on key strategic clients and projects - Lead client engagements and pro...
