Routing & Logistics Expert West Coast Florida: Preferred Experience: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics and route planning - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in dispatch or freight coordination - Proficiency with route planning software and Microsoft Excel - Strong communication and problem ‑ solving skills - Willingness to travel as needed I. Job Summary: Researches, develops, and implements routing and logistics plans to enhance productivity, safety, and decreased costs. Responsible for District/MSA data analytics and reviews. Coordinates with Senior District Manager(s) to deliver data for coaching to each site daily. Responsible for mentoring and development of others in the Routing and Logistics Expert I job. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Business Partner for Senior District Manager - Designs and re-designs routing and logistics solutions through the collection, verification, and analysis of current data relating to existing routes, vehicles, disposal facilities, and productivity. - Assists in the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
