Roles and Responsibilities: Technical Expertise and Work Quality: - Possess an intermediate level of understanding in accounting and tax concepts. - Gain familiarity and develop proficiency with relevant firm technical resources and computer applications; demonstrate effective use of these resources. - Follow established tax procedures, such as document organization, workpaper presentation, and workflow protocol. - Demonstrate a commonsense approach to problem solving, clearly identify issues and/or problems as they arise, and propose solutions to in-charge staff, as appropriate. - Listen carefully to instructions to develop a sound understanding of the assigned tasks, take notes, ask questions, and seek clarification of instructions and assignments. - Possess sufficient skills to navigate within the tax software. - Possess fundamental tax complia...
