the D Casino & Hotel JOB TITLE: Officer: DEPARTMENT: Security JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing outstanding, friendly and informative guest service while maintaining safety throughout the property as directed. Works to ensure maximum Guest safety at all times while periodically patrolling assigned areas QUALIFICATIONS: - Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Company service standards at all times - Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed - Adhere to all company service and operating standards - Answers Guest’s questions in a manner that reflects an understanding of the department and property in general - Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues - Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior - Escalate emergency situations to Supervisor, assistant director, and Director as needed - Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team - Members and Management in both written and verbal form - Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures - Ability to multitask - Must be able to...
