Why You’ll Want This Job: - $27–$30/hour based on experience - Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–4:30 PM) - On-call bonuses, commissions, and incentives - Stable, long-term career with growth opportunities What You’ll Do: - Complete apartment turnovers (painting, drywall, caulking, fixtures) - Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs - Assist with HVAC maintenance and repairs - Install and repair appliances as needed - Maintain clean and safe grounds and common areas - Complete work orders and documentation accurately - Work closely with the Service Supervisor and maintenance team What We’re Looking For: - 2+ years of apartment, residential, or property maintenance experience - Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repair - HVAC experience required (certification preferred) - Strong c...
