Job description

Reporting to the General Counsel, the Legal Counsel will be a key member of Blacklane’s legal team. This person will serve as a business-oriented advisor, counseling on issues of importance to the company, including being a key partner to the General Counsel in setting and implementing Blacklane’s overall go-to-market and legal and regulatory compliance strategy. The successful candidate will bring a results-oriented, practical and business-minded focus, with sophisticated judgment and the leadership skills necessary to drive both legal and business strategy. YOUR CHALLENGE: - Serve as a core member of and trusted advisor to the General Counsel and other members of the executive leadership, helping align legal, regulatory and go-to-market priorities with Blacklane’s strategic and commercial objectives. - Serve as product counsel, advising on legal compliance, product design, go-to-market strategies and terms and conditions.
