Franciscan Health Olympia Fields Hospital in Illinois is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Gastroenterology team! Position Highlights: - Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group. - Dayshift Schedule: M-F 9a-5p | No Call Requirements - Single-Site Role: Work at Olympia Fields, IL clinic - Conduct initial assessments, follow-ups, and manage outpatient follow-up visits. - Assist with procedures and ensure continuity of care. - Collaborate closely with attending gastroenterologists to optimize patient outcomes. - Participate in care coordination, documentation, and patient education. - Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists and support staff - State-of-the-Art Facilities with advanced GI diagnostic and treatment capabilities - Provide comprehensive GI care alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians and support staff.
