Description SUMMARY: The Corporate Technical Trainer directs the training staff and technical training at all facilities. Other duties include assisting technicians with live technical trouble shooting to diagnose and repair material handling equipment. Role also includes supporting technicians in the shops and field to create efficiency and track SST’s for the entire company under Atlanta Forklifts. Other roles will include telemetry, Lithium Battery software, Linde, Karcher, Heli, Princeton, Manitou, Hyundai, and Big Joe. JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs. Write and source materials and hardware to be used in classroom and hands-on training. Conduct classes regarding safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment. Receive technical assistance request calls from AFL employees. Provide technical assistance by phone or at technician location in the field. There will be traveling involved with this position.
