Job Description As an Enterprise Architect at Rituals, you help shape the technology foundations behind our fast-growing international retail business. We’re moving from a project-centric approach to a product-centric operating model, and you’ll be a key sparring partner in making that transition scalable, coherent and value-driven. By applying Team Topologies principles, you’ll help evolve our architecture practice from a central bottleneck into a proactive enabling force for our stream-aligned teams. You’ll contribute to defining and embedding our architectural basics, using Blue Dolphin and TOGAF, so teams can move fast with clear guardrails in place. In doing so, you ensure our technology choices support sustainable growth and long-term coherence across a complex global landscape. Meet the Team: You’ll join our Tech & Data department and report directly to the Principal Architect. You’ll be part of a small core team of 2–3 Enterprise Architects acting as a Center of Excellence, while mentoring a broader community of around 10 business and domain architects.
