The Laboratory Site Manager manages the administrative, fiscal, technical, and human resources activities associated with the 24/hour operation of the laboratory and related laboratory services of the hospital. The site manager is ultimately responsible for regulatory compliance and site inspections. The laboratory manager functions as the liaison between the clinical laboratory, hospital units and lab outreach services. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Supervises the staff at the site. Manages the selection, training, orientation, continuing education laboratory staff, evaluates performance, and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
