Position Purpose: This role serves as an operational owner and strategic partner, accountable for planning, coordination, issue resolution, and delivery of high-impact workstreams. Responsible for all aspects of the planning and delivery of strategic programs and complex, projects to execute defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives. This role provides leadership, direction, and hands-on support to matrixed teams to ensure the successful completion of complex integration initiatives. The Program Manager IV is also responsible for creating and presenting executive level communications to provide program updates and facilitate cross functional executive level discussion. *Note: The role is remote, however candidates residing in Kentucky preferred.
