What You’ll Do: As an Accounting & Payroll Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while supporting a fast-paced, growing team. - Process biweekly payroll and maintain accurate payroll records - Manage accounts payable and vendor files - Handle subcontractor documentation (W-9s, insurance certificates, etc.) - Assist managers with time approvals in QuickBooks Time - Reconcile company credit card transactions - Perform basic job costing and data entry in company systems - Provide administrative support to the accounting team - Ensure compliance with internal processes and financial standards - Assist employees with software access for company - Asset management- including vehicle and equipment/software inventory and manag...
