Entry Level Superintendent

Description We are seeking a motivated Field Engineer to participate and learn all activities related to managing job sites for large-scale industrial, commercial, multi-family, and/or institutional projects. The Field Engineer will assist Superintendents in cost management, scheduling, quality assurance, and risk management. This position is located in our Madison, WI office. Responsibilities: - Assist with coordinating the efforts of multiple trades. - Participate in project inspections and complete daily reports. - Monitor progress of work and notify Superintendent of any delays. - Assist with communication and coordination with municipal officials. - Assist with project punch-list and oversee completion of all project disciplines. Requirements: - MUST LIVE IN OR WITHIN AN HOUR FROM MADISON WISCONSIN - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or related degree. - Zero to two years’ experience in the construction industry, preferably in multi-family and/or commercial/industrial buildings. - Carpentry or other construction experience a plus. - Able to communicate effectively and work productively with others. - Other success factors i...
