Responsibilities: Build and execute digital marketing strategies across all touchpoints, including online advertising, social media, website, email and e‑commerce. Manage social media channels, SEO activities, influencer collaborations and support the roll‑out of the digital marketing plan for Italy. Coordinate day‑to‑day activities with external agencies, setting clear KPIs and ensuring strong ROI on all digital initiatives. Manage and optimize the Vileda Web Shop, contributing to online sales growth through promotional plans and dedicated digital activations. Develop and implement media plans and manage product and content Monitor and analyze digital performance, extracting insights from market trends, customer behaviour and best practices to support business decisions.
