This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for guiding people through complex change. This role involves working closely with project / delivery teams and stakeholders to drive effective change activities, ensuring the smooth integration of change initiatives within the organisation This opportunity will start as a 12-month maximum term position, with a possibility of extension based on project needs, performance and portfolio requirements. What will you be doing?: Leading the planning, development, and execution of change initiatives to support program outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies. Developing and foster a culture of change management across delivery teams, ensuring knowledge sharing and building maturity in change practices.
