Job description

Responsible for provision and technical function of anesthesia machines, ventilators, monitoring equipment, fluid warmers, patient warming systems, and other types of anesthesia equipment that may be age-specific. Responsible for provision and stocking of supplies for anesthesia administration, cleaning and disinfecting of equipment (such as fiberoptic bronchoscopes), and troubleshooting various types of anesthesia equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Room Preparations and Cleaning. - Ensure anesthesia machines and equipment are properly turned over between cases following departmental rules and Infection Prevention Protocols. - Terminal cleaning of anesthesia machine at the End of Day. - Terminal cleaning of all anesthesia equipment at End of Day and ensure they are ready for use. - Must be able to follow proper protocols with regards to PPE preparation for the cleaning of Contact Rooms. - Ensure workrooms are kept in a clean and orderly fashion. - Anesthesia Supply Handling - Responsible for moving supplies to and from Central Supplies as needed. - Stocking central workrooms supplies from U-Boats. - Stocking supply carts in the ORs between cases and End of Day. - C...
