Overview The primary purpose of the Store Leader role is to achieve overall profitability and sales growth by creating an exceptional work environment and delivering an outstanding shopping experience through effective development of the store team. The Store Leader will demonstrate and promote a culture where QuickChek’s core principles of Integrity, Respect, Citizenship, and Spirit work together to create a Great Place to Work, a Great Place to Shop, and a Great Place to Invest.
