Overview Maintenance Manager – Casalpusterlengo, Italy: We make refractory bricks and castables — the tough materials that keep high‑temperature industrial processes running safely. Our Casalpusterlengo site is highly automated, which means our equipment needs to be looked after properly if we want production to keep moving. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager who can keep the plant running smoothly, lead the maintenance team, and make sure machinery and facilities stay reliable, safe, and efficient. The Role: You’ll run the entire maintenance function on site. That means everything from coordinating planned work to jumping on urgent issues when they appear. You’ll manage a team of mechanical and electrical technicians, work with external contractors, keep an eye on equipment performance, and make sure the plant stays compliant and in good working order.
