Foreperson (Working Lead – HDD Locating) - Telecom Construction

Job description

You are a hands-on, working Foreperson with field operations experience in construction and telecommunications/utility installation projects. The successful candidate must have experience with HDD locating and be capable of actively supporting daily field operations while supervising the crew. You will work both independently and collaboratively to execute project plans and schedules, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. As a Foreperson, you will oversee quality control, safety, project performance, and delegate work to field staff, contractors, and tradespeople. Some travel will be required.
