What You’ll Do: Build & Scale the Offering: - Design a comprehensive philanthropic offering, tailored to the highest priority needs of our clients - Create standardized playbooks for multi-generational engagement, succession planning, and philanthropic education - Establish processes and procedures for due diligence, governance frameworks, investment policy alignment, grantmaking operations, and tax/compliance oversight - Survey and assess existing resources, needs, and opportunities across the firm - Establish strategic third-party partnership, as needed Business Development: Advise HNW /...
