Responsible for developing and maintaining their assigned application areas. EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. - Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: - 1 year recent relevant experience SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: - Hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro WFM - Strong experience supporting timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll processes - Experience configuring pay rules, schedules, accruals, and labor rules - Experience in heavy union populations analyzing and building pay rules based on collective bargaining agreements - Scheduling in both acute and non-acute areas - Knowledge of workforce management best practices and payroll compliance concepts - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Shif...
