What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred 5+ years in employee/labor relations or a related HR field preferred Experience in complex investigations, grievance handling, contract negotiations, and mediation Knowledge of employment, wage and hour, and labor law or relations experience a plus JD or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HR systems experience (Workday, Meditech, or API) a bonus Who You Are: A strategic think...
