Employment Coach – Preparing for Employment Salary: £35,520 – £36,585 per annum Service Area: Adult Social Care – Community Opportunities About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and motivated Employment Coach to join the Preparing for Employment team within Adult Social Care at the London Borough of Newham. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs to develop the skills, confidence and independence required to move towards employment, volunteering and meaningful community participation. In this role, you will deliver structured activities that build practical work skills, communication, and positive workplace behaviours. You will support residents to progress into training, supported internships and paid employment, while promoting independence and wellbeing through person-centred support.
