Description OurCrowd is looking for an Assistant Controller to join their Finance team. This role is focused on core accounting operations, financial data integrity, and supporting the company’s reporting and closing processes. This is a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in accounting within the venture capital and alternative investments space. It’s a hands-on role for someone early in their career, offering exposure to core accounting processes alongside financial systems, data flows, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking initiative independently while working as part of a global team, as the majority of the finance team sits in our Israeli headquarters. This role is full-time and based in our Toronto office at Yonge & Richmond with a hybrid setup of 2-3 days in office.
