Your role: IT Support Agent role involves supporting customers by phone and email with general computer-related technical questions. It involves diagnosing issues and guiding users through standard solutions to quickly resolve the most frequent problems while ensuring a positive service experience. Your tasks: - handle incoming phone calls / emails from customers regarding technical issues related to everyday usage of a computer - analyse and resolve most common enquiries using step-by-step solutions provided to you - deliver high quality standard service to customers - cooperate with IT specialist team to deal with more complex issues Your profile: - fluent knowledge of Japanese (C1 level) and English (B2 level) - willingness to take first steps in IT - pro client attitude and commun...
