Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience leading marketing campaign programs and productions. - Experience in B2B marketing. - Experience with traditional advertising executions (e.g., print, video, or digital). Preferred qualifications: - Experience developing and executing large-scale, 360-degree marketing campaigns and experiential activations from concept to completion. - Experience in developing and executing unique creative campaigns. - Experience building new marketing processes/operations including directly using AI to accelerate day to day creative work. - Ability to take initiative and be comfortable navigating ambiguity and directing projects in an unstructured environment. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, in a highly matrixed organization, and in managing relationships with external vendors and talent. - Excellent project management and presentation skills, with a keen eye for creative detail.
