Position Title: Director, Enterprise Risk Management Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid Your Role: The Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) plays a critical leadership role in advancing Digital Realty’s global risk strategy. Partnering closely with the VP of Risk Management & Insurance and senior leadership, this role helps shape enterprise‑wide risk and resilience strategies and leads the execution of those strategies across the organization. You will drive the maturity of the ERM framework, enhance risk visibility, and strengthen strategic decision‑making that aligns with Digital Realty’s long‑term business goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, exceptional collaboration skills, and the proven ability to influence leaders across a global organization.
