Overview Thermo King of Dallas is Now Hiring a Refrigeration Technician Apprentice at 5170 East 58th Place, Commerce City, CO 80022. Apprentice Refrigeration technicians are responsible for installing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing Thermo King reefer units, auxiliary power units (APUs), and heating units. Responsibilities: - Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on trailer equipment (A & B). - Replace or reinstall fuel filters, prime fuel systems, and start trailer equipment. - Replace, reinstall, or clean EGR valves on trailer equipment. - Replace, reinstall, or change belt tension on trailer equipment. - Replace or reinstall batteries on trailer equipment. - Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on truck equipment (A & B). - Install new units on truck equipment. - Replace or reinstall alternators on truck equipment. - Replace or reinstall water pumps on truck equipment. - Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on Tripac (A&B). - Install new Tripac APUs. - Replace or reinstall alternators on truck equipment. - Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on Espar equipment. - Replace or reinstall fuel pumps on trailer equipment. - Replace or reinstall alternators on trailer equipmen...
