Finance Technology Consultant – Invoicing & e-Invoicing (FR/DE)

Job description

We are looking for a Finance Technology Consultant to support and deliver implementations of enterprise invoicing and e-invoicing platforms. You will work across solutions including Basware, Sovos, Esker and Pagero, contributing to solution configuration, testing, ERP integration, and compliance validation. This role suits someone with solid hands-on implementation experience who can confidently manage their own workstream and engage directly with client teams under the direction of a senior lead. Implementation & Configuration: - Design, configure and test invoicing platforms (Basware, Sovos, Esker, Pagero, or similar) in line with client requirements. - Gather and document business requirements through client workshops, translating them into functional specifications and configuration decisions. - Own your workstream across the delivery lifecycle: requirements, design, build, test, and go-live support. - Lead UAT sessions, track defects, and work with clients to resolve issues ahead of go-live. - Produce clear, accurate project documentation — functional specs, configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials.
