Description ACC Management Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Community Manager to support property operations across multiple residential communities in Arcadia, Ettrick, and Galesville, Wisconsin . This part-time role (20 hours per week) requires regular travel between assigned properties and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with affordable housing experience to grow within a professional property management organization. Either Section 8 or Rural Development experience preferred. The Assistant Community Manager works closely with the Community Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service to residents.
