All work is carried out in accordance with WoodGreen’s policies, Ministry of Health standards, and all relevant provincial legislation to ensure the highest quality of care for our tenants. Reporting to the Supportive Housing Supervisor, the Case Manager provides specialized support to tenants within our Supportive Housing Programs who are living in bachelor-style units.
