Description: ****Average hourly rate is $18 . 81 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) **** Pathway Family Services, LLC. provides resources for youth and families through their Independent Living Program, TRAIL (Teens Reaching Adult Independent Living), Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility, Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP), outpatient services and specialized foster care services. As an Independent Living Support Worker at TRAIL, you will promote the well-being of youth residing in the Teens Reaching Adulthood and Independent Living (TRAIL) program, participates in staff meetings and trainings and coordinates with staff from other agencies involved in providing services. Position provides direct supervision of youth and teaches independent living skills to young adults in the program.
