Netrio is a leading MSP in North America, specializing in IT solutions for mid-market to enterprise customers. We serve over 1,000 clients across industries with services including managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, connectivity, voice, and custom application development. The Director of Technical Engineering is responsible for day-to-day delivery execution, engineering workload management, and delivery discipline across the Professional Services organization. This role focuses on bringing structure, predictability, and accountability to engineering delivery while partnering closely with PMO leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at sustainable utilization. This is a delivery-first leadership role with clear ownership of engineering assignments, delivery commitments, and utilization.
