About the Role: We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and motivated individual to join Queensland Rail’s Travel Centre based in Rockhampton. Our travel consultants provide high quality, friendly customer service. This role would suit someone with a passion for customer service and a genuine interest in helping people. You will be a quick thinker with an ability to work through problems and provide solutions. You will need to work autonomously in this role. This is a fixed term, full-time position until July 2027.
